  • What additional costs should I anticipate besides website design services? You’ll need a domain name and hosting.

  • What if I don’t have the funds right now? We offer flexible payment plans.

  • Do you provide payment plans? Yes.

  • Do you offer ongoing support after the project is completed? I offer one month of complimentary website maintenance as a courtesy.

  • Where are you located? Currently, I’m based in fabulous Las Vegas, NV.

  • How soon can we start? We can start after the initial consultation and receipt of the service deposit. 

  • How long is the process? I typically request 1-2 weeks after receiving the deposit but turnaround times can be longer or shorter depending on the amount of work needed. If process takes longer than the advertised turnaround time you will be notified..

  • Do you require a deposit? Yes, a 50% deposit is required upfront to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

  • What if I want to make changes? After the project is completed, you’ll provide final approval. Any necessary changes must be communicated at that time.

  • What if I already have a website domain name? We can use your current one or purchase another as needed.

  • Do you offer refunds? Due to the creative digital nature of projects, no refunds will be issued.

  • What’s the preferred method of contact once the project begins? Text or email is the most effective means of reaching me. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response.

  • What payment methods do you accept? I currently accept credit cards or bank transfers.

  • What are your working hours? I work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends and holidays.
