Your input is valuable in shaping your website design. We bring your visions to life, and one effective way to distinguish yourself is through a website that boasts professionalism, aesthetics, and clear communication of quality information to your customers/clients. The visual appeal is crucial because your website often serves as the initial impression you make on potential clients.

Here’s what you’ll need to provide to facilitate the design process:

→ A transparent logo in PNG format.

→ Your brand’s color palette.

It’s helpful if you have a branding board, allowing us to match color hex codes and fonts used in your logo. (If you don’t have this, don’t worry; we can still proceed with your project).

→ High-quality images (please avoid using pixelated or low-resolution images). If you don’t have suitable photos, we can incorporate stock photos into your website.

→ The titles for page tabs (e.g., About, FAQ, Contact Us, etc.).

→ Social media details.

→ Any policies you may have, including refund policies, shipping fees, shipping policies, terms/conditions, and order policies. We’ll need typed-out content for each of your website’s pages, including what you want your banners to convey. Please provide this information via email at [email protected].

Turnaround Time: Typically, the initial website draft is completed within the specified turnaround time frame. Delays may occur if we encounter difficulty reaching you or experience ineffective communication, last-minute additions, or if all necessary information isn’t readily available. Therefore, please gather all your content and information before filling out the design information form. Your turnaround time begins upon receipt of all required information and the initial deposit.

Client Responsibilities: “The Client” is responsible for providing all requested project information in a timely manner. This includes any items listed, such as logos, photos, videos, and more.

Revisions: Each website design includes an initial proof and up to three free revisions, unless final approval is granted. Additional revisions can be requested at a fee of $45 each.

Hosting and domain services are NOT included in web design packages.
